Dr. Kurt Schwartz grew up in the Bay Area and has been in practice at Family Dentistry in Martinez for over 26 years. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation he spent one year in Residency training at the VA hospital in Martinez, and worked there as a part-time staff dentist for six years. Dr. Schwartz sees patients of all ages, and is well versed in all areas of general dentistry. Our practice philosophy is that we believe that all patients should be treated with honesty, respect, and gentle caring. We offer treatments options, understanding that each patient’s circumstances and preferences may vary. Dr. Schwartz has resided in Martinez for 33 years and he and his wife, Tracey have loved raising their family in this community. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, biking, camping, and traveling.
